a conviction if considered so.
one thing that I want to do is to FIGHT EMO. why are youths these days so guided and affected by their emotions? putting up strong fronts over their crumbling inner self.

in God, there is sustainable joy. God promises it and Ive experienced it. joy that can be experienced irregardless of circumstances.. cos only the creator truly knows our needs and only He is able to fill us up.

dear God, help me live a life where joy overflows. :)

Good time of receiving spiritual food thru membership class ytd, as well as during qt and also thru today's shpding! yay! seed mtg was deep sharing which i enjoyed too. was amazed by how God opened up our hearts to one another. Im glad to be serving God along with this coreteam :)

Happy belated birthday to my dad! (he wont read this anw) i had a great time on sun going to food fest at expo and bowling! while my dad went to get the car, me, my sis and my mum snuck off to the robinson sale at another hall at expo to pick shirts for my dad's bday ;). hahah. my mum knws my dad's taste pretty well leh!

GUESS WHAT :D:D i actually got a B for my math class test leh! omg. hahaha. okay just being excited. i mean aft getting all the Ss and Us. Thank God man!

the June hols are coming! jc holidays seems a little odd. in ny it used to be so packed full of guides stuff and everything that you have to go back to sch every other day. but now its just mug mug mug for blocks. random cca days. guess that demands even more discipline from me :) really got to stay focused.

most imptly, OASIS CAMP IS COMING :D! im really looking forward to it! new spiritual energy, renewed convictions and spending hours and hours in God's presence and among God's ppl <3.

bike hike is coming up too. seems like a really long route 120km. around there, but im quite looking forward to it :)

on friday, i went for ministry night. entered nexus with a splitting headache but came out from it feeling light hearted and the headache went away :D just a small testimony of the week.

this week had been a pretty long one in sch! lots of extra lessons. but gd thing is that the extra lessons added in are quite useful. 4 MORE SCH DAYS TILL JUNE HOLS :D! hohoh. and the impending blocks, which i shall study hard for. (pls keep me accountable for this!). im certain tt with psp, computer, tv (and food?) within my reach, its not gonna be easy :/

i think over the past two days, God has been speaking much into my life. giving me more assurance and conviction in whatever i heading for and what i shld be doing. :) today i was reading the book of daniel, and the courage that daniel displayed in standing firm in his faith is really amazing . He never asked credit for his extraodrinary capabilities on top of being a very good ruler cos he knows its all God-given. Daniel wasnt seeking praise from Men, he just wanted to be faithful and proclaim God, who made him who he is, bravely.

this is sth tt i really want to grow towards- having a faith and will to live life for God that surpasses my own wants for my life, and paying the price along the way.. Daniel wasnt spared from the plots of other men or from entering into the lion's den. But then God was still able to turn all against him into sth good.

pondering on what it means to make God's vision my life vision.

last wed :) APOLLO OWNED. yayy! hahaha. hmm spent most of the time hanging out with ppl from WHOA. and a short while with szze and yux:D.

oh yah before that we had a bday celebration for weelic's 18th bday as well as kenny and melody's 1 mth spriritual bday! (melo cldn't though! :( ) hahaha. the celebs was quite funny :P.

3)Atlantis 2008, acceleration redefined,



my team, ANYTHING! i think we worked pretty well. esp own at the spicy soup station where chipmunk thought of getting milk :D. so we were one of the fastest at finishing it! though we ended up one of the last grps to reach (mostly due to choosing the wrong detour tt delayed us for like 1h), i think we all had fun ;) and i must thank the guys for looking out for me and peirong. like carrying our bags for us when we run.

thru atlantis, i realise im can be SUPER task-orientated and competitive. probably the side of me that ppl have to tolerate. ><>
