i was uber blessed by my family time/listening to my mum share her answered prayers on sun night :) ask me about it!

anw wanna blog some random stuff from my mugging outside today.

its funny how i cant focus in a totally quiet environment nor a totally noisy place! tried studying in national lib today and it was sooo quiet i couldnt stand it. i took advantage of the macs lunch hours (finally).. yay cheap mcwings. beside me was this old couple and the two of them shared 3 extra value meals o.o. they were eating down there before i came and still eating after i left! its amazing... someone should tell them how unhealthy macs is :/. anw. eventually i had some good mugging time at a more ulu macs at tampines. hahah. shall consider going there again tmr..

okay im going to mug the p-cube (pre-prelim preparation) case study answers now.

♥ we are UNSTOPPABLE.

1st, bike hike concludes :) aft post mortem on mon. our last official event was batch 34 has come to a close. i cant use a word to describe bike hike. its definitely one of the most mang events. second to yltc.. but very memorable :) which cca/odac has a chance at breaking the singapore record for the largest overnight cycling event in their term?? hehs.





random 5 memorable moments:


1) the super malu wrong turn into MI >< was not confident about that part so when i saw the sign MI i turn left w/o thinking!


2) at ikea, the huge cross junction, i was just crossing the traffic light when the light suddenly turned orange- jam brake and pushed back! no choice cos im pointman. lol. but recalling how i hopped off my bike in the middle of that big junction is quite scary!


3) solo all the way frm bukit gombak to b4 orchard to catch up with my group. exciting!


4) The art of smsing and talking the phone while cycling. esp the last part when the back of the group got lost at the break-off point! (cant cycle w/o hands though)


5) the biggest blessing of all (besides that it didnt rain)- getting a free ride on the shuttle bus from big splash to PP which me and shar just caught in time!:D



oh yes. and i carried eileen oh's alvel grad cert arnd the island that night, lol!





2nd, the camp opening team! (ppl missing in this pic) whooo! great team really :) working at the board. the random screaming of 'cross cross cross' 'okay NOW...close back'- cues that only we can understand... practising at nexus among the deco ppl and the filippino group. sitting around talking lame jokes. trying out all sorts of tape- masking, duct, brown, scotch.. and using loads of them. hearing the song 'desperate people' over and over.. you guys rock :)


3rd, unstoppable camp itself!

HTHT with a couple of people(: and errr.. GT with the girls in our dorm. (but aiya! too bad i had to leave early for opening). i told God i didnt want this camp to be just an emotional experience. (i had my own list of what i want this camp to be and this camp to not be). it was moving at some points.. when we sang "holy spirit come in power". or like "here in your presence we are undone, here in your presence heaven and earth becomes one". the cries of arghh God. come fill me up again. i need your joy! i need youuuuu. pray pray pray. and poof! camp is over in a flash! this camp past really really fast.
im responding to change. really want to obey God and love His church when when i dont feel like it. and make a commitment to grow myself.. my mind must love God. its been a winning ground for satan many times. buay tanhan..
